Absolutely! Many women come on their own. It’s a relaxed, friendly vibe and we promise you’ll feel welcome the moment you walk in. Plus, there’ll be plenty of time to chat and connect with like-minded women.

-
Yes for Nu You and Nu Mumma you can split the cost over 3 months
-
Not at all, we can adapt the program to suit for the stage you are at when you join.
-
They sure do. Each plan is unique to you and your needs, including dietary requirements. This is what sets them apart from generic one size fits all plans
-
I have an all foods fit policy unless of course it is a health risk. It’s about learning the skills to change your thought process in order to make sustainable changes.
-
Not at this stage. Being a Mumma myself, I want to dedicate my time to work with people who are struggling and need support to make sustainable change.
-
No. Each program is designed with a duration aligned to the desired outcome.
-
Again I don’t offer meal plans. I believe they are a means to an ends and don’t allow people to learn and make necessary lifestyle changes. Instead I work with my clients to provide meal inspiration based on your food and meal preferences, circumstances and personal goals.
-
Absolutely if you are Brisbane based I would love yo chat over a coffee otherwise all consultations will be online.
-
Just that. Via an instant messaging platform, you’ll be able to message me whenever you have a burning question, think of me as being your nutritional wing woman
-
Yes definitely. I’d love to relieve some of your stress around your child’s health. Please book in a discovery call and we can discuss your unique needs before purchasing.
-
Absolutely not. I’m a Mum too and none of us have time for that carry on! Instead I’ll teach you how to create healthy, balanced meals that the whole family will enjoy and benefit from. It’s about making sustainable lifestyle changes without restriction.
